It is to inform new graduates in June of the refund of superfluous tuition fee through bank as follows:
From July 11-15, 2017, students will check the account information on their personal page (name of account holder, account number), if there are any mistakes, they will make a written request of rectification and send it to the Secretary Division.
From July 16-20, 2017, the Department of Planning and Finance will make the transfer of superfluous tuition fees to new graduates through bank. After July 20, 2017, new graduates are invited to check their account if the amount transferred is correct. If there are any mistakes, they will contact the Department of Planning and Finance to solve the problem (Tel. 0238. 3856247).
Departments and schools are requested to inform all students of this schedule.
